Inside, you will find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a large fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and oven - ideal for conjuring up cosy dinners. The inviting living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, radio and telephone, including WLAN. The bedroom offers a cosy double bed and a built-in wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe, and the renovated bathroom has a bathtub and WC and a new window with a view of Piz Padella.

The outside area of the flat includes a cellar compartment, which not only offers convenience but also security for your sports equipment. There is a garage for vehicles right next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, the house / flat is not wheelchair accessible (staircase, narrow doors, bathtub).
