In summer (from 1 May to 31 October) you also benefit from the special inclusive service "mountain railways included" for two people.

Inside, you will find a newly designed, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, large fridge, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is characterised by its Swiss stone pine panelling, two fold-away beds, two built-in Swiss stone pine cabinets, a writing niche and a round dining table with four chairs and two upholstered armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a large satellite TV, telephone and WLAN. A new bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC completes the elegant ambience.

The outdoor area shines with an inviting terrace including garden furniture in the extremely quiet and sunny location of Samedan. Enjoy the exclusive peace and quiet without through traffic and the marvellous views amidst the fascinating Engadine mountains. Thanks to the new brine-water heat pump heating system, the flat has individually adjustable underfloor heating for your comfort in every season. There is also one car parking space per flat.
