In an attic, one floor higher, there are two further beds, one of which is 160cm wide. The flat has two bathrooms (one bath/WC/sink and one shower/toilet/sink). A south-facing terrace offers a marvellous view of the mountain panorama and ski area. The cosy holiday flat is in immaculate condition. Living space 104 m2. TV - radio are in the house. A garage, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The nearest transport facility of the mountain railways with connection to the skiing area is the chairlift Platz, reachable on foot in 3 minutes. The centre with post office and VOLG supermarket can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter, from Christmas to Easter, the free sports bus runs daily every 30 minutes on the Südelhöhe - Rothorn route, providing excellent access to all valley stations and the centre of Sörenberg, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.
