Location and general information:
The house Au Réduit is located in the centre of the village of St. Moritz diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and right next to the equally famous Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is constantly maintained and modernised. Originally planned and commissioned as an apartment building with units rented exclusively as holiday flats, the use of the property has gradually changed. Numerous flats are still rented out on a weekly basis, but many flats are now permanently occupied. The hotel-like character of Au Réduit has nevertheless been retained. Although the entrance to Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without any restrictions.
Flat 309 is located on the 3rd floor (from the building entrance) and faces west. From the balcony, the view sweeps over Lake St. Moritz, which is attractive in both summer and winter. The flat was partially renovated in 2015.
The building has a communal laundry room (coin-operated) and an in-house waste collection point.
A very large parking space in the building's own underground car park can be rented in addition to the flat.

Room layout:
Studio 309 consists of an open-plan living/sleeping/dining room with access to the balcony and a new kitchen separated from the living room. The bathroom in the entrance area, which has also been renovated, is separate from the living room.

Equipment:
The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in 2015, the living room was gently renovated. In the living room there are two single foldaway beds, two wardrobes, a small dining table, a comfortable seating area and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with extractor fan and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin with mirror cabinet.

Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run. Welcome to Engadin St. Moritz.
