Location of the house:

The flat is located in a 12-family house in St. Moritz-Bad at the Surpunt sports field in a central and quiet location.

Winter: The cross-country ski trail (marathon route) runs directly behind the house and offers access to the extensive 200 km cross-country skiing network of the Engadine.

Alpine skiers can reach the valley station of the Signal cable car in 5 minutes on foot, which takes you to the Corviglia-Piz Nair-Marguns ski area. The bus to Surlej takes you to the Corvatsch ski area in front of the house; if you take the fantastic Hahnensee descent, you will arrive 5 minutes from the house. The Diavolezza ski area can be reached by bus. Ludains ice skating arena is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous winter hiking trails and the lake are just a 2-minute walk away.

Summer: Numerous hiking and cycling trails right by the house, climbing possibilities, alpine sports, surfing, para-gliding on Muottas Muragl, scooter in Marguns, barbecue areas at Lake Staz (1 h) and at Lej Marsch (3/4 h). Golf at Kulm (1/2 h on foot) or in Samaden. Insider tip: hiking in golden October.
