Vacation in Architectural Monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model offers a double benefit: the monuments are given a new future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the foundation Vacation in Architectural Monument (FiB), which was founded in 2005 by the Swiss Heritage Society.

Car park: There are two private car parks in front of the house. 

Public transport: Take the train to St. Moritz, then change to the bus in the direction of Chiavenna, Stazione to Stampa, Palù station.

Bicycles: Can be parked in the garage.

Number of persons: 5-6 persons (1 double room, 1 single room (with red folding sofa bed), 1 room with double bed on the gallery and 1 single bed, baby cot on request)

Garden: The house is located directly on the river Maria. Garden furniture is available.

WLAN: Is available. 

Open: The house is open all year round.

Pets: Are allowed on request.

Altitude: 994 metres above sea level.

Casa Palü is a listed building that has been renovated with great respect for the existing fabric. The tenant is aware of this and treats the property with care. Although the technical equipment is modern, certain functional details do not meet current standards and are a potential source of danger. The tenant is aware of these circumstances.
