Unterseen is away from the large streams of tourists from Interlaken and is therefore very idyllic and quiet. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby and the many excursion mountains of the Bernese Oberland. In summer you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the nearby Lake Thun or in the Lombach.
