The 5.5-room house is located on the sunny side of Lenzerheide in the quiet, idyllic farming village of Muldain with fantastic views over the village into the valley and the mountains opposite. The ideal starting point for unforgettable holidays in Graubünden for up to 9 people.
Lenzerheide can be reached by sports bus (seasonally free of charge) in approx. 10 minutes.

The detached house offers a large, cosy living room with gallery, fireplace, gabled wooden ceiling and open-plan kitchen. Four bedrooms, two of them with double beds, WC/bathroom with window and WC/shower. A small seating area at the entrance to the house on the east side with morning sun and a large, sunny garden seating area on the south side with barbecue facilities and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Very quiet location, no through traffic. There is a garage space for one car and parking for two more vehicles. The nearby post bus stop (Sporbus) is only 130 metres away.

Other sports and leisure facilities: The Arosa/Lenzerheide snow sports paradise can be reached in 10 minutes by the (seasonally free) sports bus. In summer, a varied trail paradise for mountain bikers and numerous hiking trails.
