Sunny and cosy holiday flat

Our flat is situated on a quiet sunny slope in Verscio with a beautiful view of the countryside. The 2 1/2 room flat is divided over 2 floors and has 2 garden terraces directly accessible from the 1st and 2nd floor
On the ground floor you will find the living room with kitchen, WC and access to the garden and the grape pergola with barbecue. Above the living room there is an open gallery with 2 single beds. The flat is very suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children.

A spiral staircase leads down to the double bedroom and shower room with WC. From the bedroom you have access to a small, sunny garden.

The car park is about 200 metres from the flat. On arrival we will give you a parking voucher so you can park for free. To unpack you can of course park your car for a moment at the house.

Verscio is 6 kilometres from Locarno and Ascona. You can easily reach the village by train, in 3 minutes on foot you are at the railway station. Verscio is well known for the Dimitri Theatre. A good starting point for hikers and cyclists in the valleys. In summer, the beautiful sandy beaches tempt you to take a refreshing dip.

We also rent the flat monthly from October to mid-March (excluding Christmas/New Year) at a very favourable price.
