Around Visperterminen there is plenty to experience. A chairlift takes you comfortably to 2,000m above sea level. Giw is the starting point for many beautiful hikes for every level. Trails lead high above the treeline or through ancient larch forests. In the village itself, you can stroll through the old part and experience the culture of the village. The view of the Valais mountain world with the Weisshorn and the Bietschhorn is spectacular. The village is the ideal starting point to explore the Valais. The swimming pool in Visp and the thermal bath in Brigerbad are reachable in less than half an hour. The people of Visperterminen are hardworking, friendly, and nature-loving. The extensive farmland needs to be cultivated. The vineyard work in the highest vineyard in Europe is mostly done by hand and is very labor-intensive. Enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays in the wonderful nature.
