This spacious 4½-room flat on the 3rd floor (90 m²) boasts a quiet and sunny location, as well as a large south-facing balcony offering impressive panoramic views of the Zermatt mountains – including the Matterhorn.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and its bright living area invites you to relax. Several televisions with cable connections and Wi-Fi provide additional comfort. The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a Delizio coffee machine – perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation after an active day in the mountains.

Accommodation comprises one double bedroom and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds and their own washbasin. A bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet, provide ample space and comfort for all guests.

Please note: The fireplace is present but out of service and cannot be used.

A ski room and a bicycle storage room on the ground floor round off the facilities perfectly.

The apartment building is located on Matterstrasse on the Vispaufer in a quiet and sunny residential neighbourhood. The railway station, Gornergrat railway, Sunnegga-Rothorn railway and the main shopping street are all within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop to the skiing and hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity.
