High above the rooftops of Zuoz, this spacious penthouse flat enjoys a beautiful panoramic location right next to the railway station and within walking distance of the village square. The house is situated on a footpath and can be reached by car via the building's own underground car park. A reserved parking space is available for our guests. There is a lift in the house. The Coop is directly accessible via an in-house connection. Pets are welcome in the Chesa Pro Bosio. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
Room layout:
The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room with an exposed roof structure. The kitchen is integrated into the living area. The two balconies offer unobstructed views, one to the south-east and one to the south-west.

There is a large double bed in the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom with bathtub. The children's bedroom is furnished with a smaller double bed. The second bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have recently been refurnished. The exceptionally spacious living/dining room has a comfortable corner suite and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen contains a fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob with steam extractor, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
