The flat in the Chesa Aivla is situated in a beautiful panoramic location in the Chaunt da Crusch neighbourhood at the end of the building zone of Zuoz in the direction of Madulain. Chesa Aivla houses a total of four flats. The flat comes with a parking space in the building's own underground car park. There is no lift in the building. Pets are welcome in the Chesa Aivla. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Room layout:
The flat in the Chesa Aivla has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room with a semi-open-plan kitchen. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The flat has a large, private, partially covered garden seating area with unrivalled views over the valley and the mountains.

Furnishings:
The bright, friendly flat is in very good condition. Parquet flooring has been laid in the living room, the bedrooms are carpeted and ceramic tiles have been used for the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV set. The children's bedroom has two single beds, which are also suitable for adults. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The living room is equipped with a projector with Apple TV home cinema and home cinema sound system. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests.

Village description: Zuoz - Customs and tradition in an idyllic mountain village
The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village and the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all levels of ability.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow, while the Upper Engadin lakes are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, standup paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
