Spacious, cosy and bright flat with a view of the valley and mountains in a traffic-free location in a house above the village of Zuoz. Furnished with lots of pine wood, cosy dining area with corner bench and slate table. Balcony with morning sun (furniture for breakfast available). Internet WLAN access. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Outside parking space.
For an occupancy of 5-7 persons, the studio, which is connected by an internal staircase, can be rented for Fr. 80.-- / day.
Spacious laundry room in the basement, can also be used as ski, sledge and bike room. Ski lifts, ice rink, playground and hiking trails are within 5 minutes walking distance. No car traffic around the house. Can also be rented by the day over Easter, Whitsun, Ascension.
A 15-minute walk through meadows and a small forest leads to the Hotel Castell at the viewpoint over Zuoz and the Engadine.
From the house it takes a maximum of 2 hours to hike to the Es-cha hut, from where you have a spectacular view over the entire Alpine world. Family friendly.
