Totally renovated, cosy 2½ room apartment directly at the ski slope.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Brünella is located on the south side of the property on the 1st floor. The house is located in the quarter Chaunt da Crusch in a quiet position directly at the ski runway. The apartment has a reserved outdoor parking space in front of the house, where visitors can also park their cars. Pets are welcome in the Chesa Brü¬nel¬la. During the winter season, a free local bus runs during the day and stops near Chesa Brü¬nella. It will take you to the village centre, the railway station, the ski school and the cross-country skiing centre. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Brünella has been renovated and at the same time has been insulated against heat and sound. It now has a practical floor plan with a double bedroom, an adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a spacious, bright living/dining room with a large, open kitchen. From the living room you have access to a large, covered balcony, which invites you to stay outside in good weather both in summer and winter. There is a shared laundry room in the house. The private, lockable cellar can be used to store skis and bicycles.
Amenities and facilities: The entire apartment has been renovated and is very well maintained. In the living/dining room and in the bedroom, easy-care laminate has been laid and white ceramic tiles have been used for the bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a large sliding door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the living room you will find inviting, comfortable upholstered furniture. The dining table is large enough for four people. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and deckchairs. The kitchen includes a glass cooker with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a multifunctional appliance with microwave, oven and grill function. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
