Terrace with private sitting area with views to the mountains, flower pots and a little bit screened from the garden. Lawn flat and surrounded by bushes and flat pine trees. Access to the apartment via stairs from outside through the main entrance of the house or via stairs directly from the garage. House is on dead end, so no through traffic.
