Beautiful, bright, spacious 3-room apartment to feel at home with garden seating area and garden sharing as well as free view of the mountains. Ground floor. Interior tasteful and practical: fireplace, TV, video/DVD/Blueray, dishwasher, oven, complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, garage with direct access via staircase in the house. One bedroom with double bed, the other bedroom with bunk bed, sofa, TV, large windows and access to the terrace and enough space. Living room with large windows and access to the terrace. Terrace with private sitting area with views to the mountains, flower pots and a little bit screened from the garden. Lawn flat and surrounded by bushes and flat pine trees. Access to the apartment via stairs from outside through the main entrance of the house or via stairs directly from the garage. House is on dead end, so no through traffic.
