Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with bar and wood-burning stove. Exit to the patio. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. The kitchen is gas-fired. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, railway station "Biasca" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 6 km.
