Description of the holiday rental
"Rustico Fey", 2-room cottage 50 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with bar and wood-burning stove. Exit to the patio. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. The kitchen is gas-fired. There is also a wood stove with oven for cooking. >>Note: The use of the access road to Monti di Ludiano has become subject to a fee as follows: CHF 10.00/day CHF 20.00/week. Above Semione, in a hamlet with 4 houses, in the district Valle di Blenio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property with lawn. Private: patio. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 150 m long motor access to the house (mountain road). 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, railway station "Biasca" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Castello di Seravalle, Navone, Parco Tamaro, Splash & Spa Rivera, Ascona, Locarno, Ponte Tibetano, Monte Carasso. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Nara, Val Malvaglia, Pian d'Alpe, Pizzo Matro, Campo Blenio, Greina, Lucomagno.
