The 2,5 room apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom (shower/WC) is ideal for a couple who wants to enjoy their vacations as a couple. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and equipped with a new underfloor heating via an air heat pump. There is an outdoor parking space available free of charge.


Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The 2,5 room apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom (shower/WC) is ideal for a couple who wants to enjoy their vacations as a couple. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and equipped with a new underfloor heating via an air heat pump. There is an outdoor parking space available free of charge.
Living / dining area
In the modern equipped living room you will find a comfortable sofa, TV, radio and free Wi-Fi (WLAN). The dining area is equipped with a high-quality table and comfortable chairs.
Sleeping area
In the bedroom, there is a comfortable box spring bed with 2 mattresses (80 cm x 190 cm). The wardrobe in the bedroom offers a lot of space for the clothes you brought with you.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.
In addition, in the kitchen you will find:
•     Pots, pans, casserole dish
•     Crockery, cutlery & chopping knives
•     Small selection of spices
•     Coffee maker with 2 tabs
•     Dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid & 2x waste bags (17 l)
•     Fondue and raclette set
Bathroom
It is equipped with:
•     - Shower
•     - bathroom sink
•     - toilet
•     - towel rack
•     - hairdryer
Bath towels are available for a fee of CHF 8.00 per set.
Balcony
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious terrace with a view of the breathtaking Grisons mountains. The terrace is equipped with a table and several chairs, so you can enjoy the view even better. In addition, the terrace door offers direct access from the parking lot to the apartment.
