Cosy, sunny 3½ room apartment in the most beautiful panoramic location on the Albula slope.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Merla is situated at a very beautiful panoramic location with south orientation at the Albula slope in the district La Punt within walking distance to the train station. The view from the living room window goes over Chamues-ch in direction Val Chamuera. There is a communal laundry room in the house. In front of the Chesa Merla there is a limited number of parking spaces available. There is no lift in the house. Ski rakes are available in the house entrance. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Merla. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Merla contains a double bedroom, a child's room, a living/dining room with fireplace and adjoining balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen with a large hatch to the dining table. Both the bathroom and the kitchen have natural light.
Appointments: The apartment has been preserved in its original state. The typical elements of the Engadine style such as light carpets and cupboards as well as the kitchen in veneer wood create a harmonious picture and create cosiness. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room there are two single beds, which are also suitable for adults. In the living room there is a fireplace at your disposal. The built-in appliances in the kitchen (glass ceramic hob with steam extractor, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher) have been continuously renewed. A new presso coffee machine is ready for you. The bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet has not yet been renovated. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom-TV and Gratis W-Lan.
