Whether you want to walk to the famous Ballenberg Museum, the Aare Gorge or the Axalp-Meiringen-Hasliberg hiking and/or skiing areas, you are sure to enjoy your holiday. Not far from the flat is the famous Ballenberg open-air museum (6 minutes on foot). Since June 2022, the Trauffer Experience World with bakery, restaurant, bistro and a tour of wood processing, especially the famous carved wooden cows, has been located in the centre of the village.
