Separate laundry room, large terrace with great view, separate workshop/ski room (ground floor), parking for 2 cars (spring-fall). Modern, generous and comfortable house near restaurants and sledge run down into the valley (summer road to the house by permit from owner/ winter by cable car and 10 minute walk). The house has two separate apartments, a 3 ½ room and a 1 ½ room one.

Additional large storage room as well as workshop to share. Garden perch with great view into the mountains.
