Cosy, functional raised first floor 1 1/2 room apartment (28 m2) in apartment house. Partially renovated in 2018, south-facing balcony with fantastic view of the Bündnerberge towards Klosters. A small entrance area with wardrobe leads directly into the living area. To the right is a cozy dining area for 6 people as well as the bathroom. To the left is the very well equipped kitchen, open but separated as a separate area thanks to the kitchen cabinets. In the living area there are two cupboard beds with light sources for reading. The very good quality mattresses are separated. A camping baby crib and high chair can be provided upon request and can easily fit in the living room. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed. A free parking space in the underground garage is available.

The bright apartment, partially renovated in 2018, is located in the Reka Holiday Village/Traza Holiday Center, in the center of the village of Pany in a sunny, unobstructed location. A café, a grocery store (Volg) and an Italian restaurant are a minute's walk away. The post bus stop (free transport between Schiers/Küblis and St. Antönien with the Pany guest card) and the guest information are directly at the vacation center. The house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Grisons mountains. Pany is especially recommended for families and people looking for peace and quiet. In the entrance area of the vacation center guests have access to W-LAN. Access data are available in the apartment.

 

Winter: Family-friendly ski area (own ski school) at reasonable prices (50% discount on tickets with Pany guest card) and cross-country ski trail in the immediate vicinity, free ski bus. Well-maintained winter hiking trails invite you for long walks, hikes or Nordic walking. Ideal starting point for ski and snowshoe tours, use of the indoor swimming pool included (end of September to mid-May). Please note, however, that at the moment it can only be used on a limited basis and by reservation.

 

Summer: An idyllic outdoor swimming pool with an unbelievably beautiful view is 20 minutes away on foot (discount with Panyer guest card). Numerous hikes and bike tours possible from the house.
