The architecturally designed house I Palatio, newly built in 2007, is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the old, picturesque village part of Scuol-suot. Both the west balcony and the west-facing windows offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Scuol church tower and the rugged Engadin mountains. With great attention to detail, the 5 1/2-room house is equipped with Swiss pine parquet flooring and wall paneling, as well as built-in Swiss pine wardrobes. There are 2 double bedrooms with 1.80m-wide double beds and 2 small single bedrooms with 0.90m-wide beds at your disposal, as well as 2 beautiful bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a shower and a separate bathtub in the bedroom). The large living area integrates the dining area with a long Swiss pine dining table (2.40m) featuring cozy seating benches and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). Please note that the stairs in the house are somewhat steep and may not be suitable for toddlers. The village center with the Stradun and a large supermarket is about 300m away. Just a few steps from the house is the stop for the local and ski bus. Parking spaces are available on the property directly in front of the house.
