Our sunny 2.5 room flat on the 3rd floor with its two balconies and an unobstructed view of the majestic Piz Margna, the Furtschellas and the Corvatsch invites you to enjoy your holiday to the full, away from the stress and noise of everyday life.Inside, the flat offers a cosy living room furnished with a modern sofa, local Swiss stone pine furniture and a dining area that invites you to linger. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with two single mattresses and a large wardrobe for plenty of storage space. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires: fridge, oven, cooker with 4 hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a practical entrance area with an open wardrobe and a cupboard containing an ironing board and hoover. 2 sunny balconies invite you to enjoy the mountain scenery.There is a ski room on the ground floor and a heated garage directly adjacent.
