In our south-facing sun-drenched flat with a large balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountain massif opposite. The furnishings are very personal and stylishly designed. The state of preservation of the flat meets every demand for quality. The bathroom and all floors were completely renewed a few years ago, as was the large south-facing balcony. The Chesa Derby is in a completely quiet location and offers all shops for daily needs (bakery, Coop, Denner, sports, post office, kiosk) and a variety of gastronomic offers in the immediate vicinity. It is a one-minute walk to the bus stops, 10 minutes to the Signal cable car to the Corviglia ski area and 3 minutes to the new Ovavera indoor swimming pool, spa and sports centre.

The Chesa Derby is also an excellent starting point for all kinds of skiing, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours. Bicycles can be stored safely and dryly in the garage integrated in the house and included in the rental price. From the entrance hall and garage you can reach the living floors directly by lift. Your vehicle is dry and safe in the heated garage with direct access to the house and the lift. In our flat, the applicable hygiene rules are observed to the best of our knowledge and adapted to the given possibilities. All necessary and recommended cleaning agents and disinfectants are available in the flat. Thanks to these precautions, our flat bears the "Clean & Safe" label created by the Swiss Tourism Association. If you have any questions or requests, just give us a call. We will be happy to advise and help you.

We rent without intermediaries, commission does not apply.  The entire house has been connected to the sea-heat heating since 2021 and is thus completely supplied by renewable energies for heating and hot water.

If you wish, you can also rent flat number 21 opposite. Perfect for families with older children or if you want to travel as a foursome with privacy.
