A partly new, renovated, cozy, well-equipped house with a garden seating area and lawn is on the same level as the apartment and situated in a particularly favored sunny and mild location, facing south with views of meadows, fields, forest, and mountains. We offer you a private wellness area with a sauna. Whether by bike or on foot, you can start right here. The holiday apartment has its own entrance; on the top floor, there's a second smaller, particularly charming holiday apartment, newly renovated with a balcony and a unique view of nature. You can also rent both apartments for groups or simply for two different parties. The house is located in the village center of the flower village Valchava, away from street noise (bypass road). Valchava is situated in the middle of the Val Müstair and close to the National Park, in the beautiful nature park of the Biosphere Reserve with unique hiking and biking trails. In winter, the valley also offers a beautiful ski area, unique snowshoe hikes (also guided upon request), cross-country ski trails in the home of Dario Cologna. Additionally, there's a lit sledding run and ice rinks. But culture lovers also get their money's worth. To name just one example, there's a World Heritage Site to visit. Through the Vereinatunnel, you have a travel time of 3 hours from Zurich. Check-in: 4:00 PM or earlier by arrangement. Check-out: 10:00 AM or by arrangement. The house is located in the upper part of the village. Coming from above, i.e., from the Ofen Pass, it is the 4th house on the right. We live in the 3rd house on the right, just below the fountain. If you come from the post office or from Sta. Maria, go up into the village, just past the blue house on the left, we live above. Due to the bypass road, there is almost no traffic in the village, especially not at night. The attic apartment has its entrance behind the house, where all the rooms are also located. But guests also appreciate the tranquility in the ground-floor apartment. It's only a 5-minute walk to the village shop, post office, ATM, and restaurant. The house is quite old, but the apartments have been repeatedly renovated and are more beautiful than you might expect from the outside.
