The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. In the entrance area, there is a built-in wardrobe for jackets and coats, as well as a dresser with drawers. A shoe rack is available outside the door.

The apartment is furnished in a modern and like-new style. The floors are covered with parquet and stone tiles. All rooms are equipped with electric shutters. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Please note that there is no television.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180/200 cm), two bedside tables, 1 single bed (90/200 cm) with an additional trundle bed (Flexa Kombibett), and a wardrobe. This room has direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180/200 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair.
Bed linen is included in the price.

Bathroom: The large bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with mirrored cabinet, a bathtub, and a toilet. Additionally, the bathroom features a laundry tower with a washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer and towels are included in the price.

Living room: The living room features a cozy, large leather corner sofa and a club table. Additionally, a cozy leather rocking chair in the corner invites you to read. The dining area is equipped with a new, large oak dining table, 6 chairs, and a wooden bench.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with extractor hood, an oven with steamer, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette grill, a kettle with temperature control, a toaster, a SodaStream, and all necessary dishes.
In the summer, the terrace offers a dining table for 6 people, a sun umbrella, and a gas grill. Additional seating is available year-round.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment Ladina (100m²) is located in a detached apartment building with a total of 20 apartments in a central location. The local bus stop is right in front of the house. The holiday apartment is oriented to the southwest and has a 130m², sunny terrace for private use. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley towards Ilanz, as well as the mountains of Val Medel.

The house features a ski room and a bicycle room for shared use. A private parking space is available in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment.
