Situated just above the Bidmistrasse, it offers an exclusive location that is only accessible on foot and promises peace and privacy in the midst of nature. A short 8-minute walk from the car park, which is only 300 metres away, takes you directly to our elevated retreat. In terms of interior design, you can expect comfort and modernity. The top floor flat spans 100m² with three bedrooms, while the ground floor flat offers two bedrooms over 80m². Both flats are characterised by a spacious living room with a cosy seating area, TV with satellite connection, radio, dining area and a modern eat-in kitchen. For your comfort, each flat has a bathroom with shower/WC. The comfortable underfloor heating, fed by a solar system with electric booster, ensures cosy warmth in all rooms.
