Location and general information:
The apartment in the Chesa Champagna is situated in a beautiful panoramic location with southern exposure at the entrance to the village of La Punt Chamues-ch, within walking distance of the village centre and the railway station. Two houses together with the large, level underground car park form a harmonious ensemble with a private, very sunny inner courtyard, which is available to all residents of the two houses. A barbecue and wooden benches and tables are available for common use. There are two communal laundry rooms in the house. A reserved garage space belongs to the apartment, furthermore there are visitor parking spaces in the garage and others at the garage entrance. The house has a lift. In the house Champagna there are three ski rooms, in which winter sports equipment can be parked. In the garage there are bicycle parking spaces available. House owners are warmly welcome at the Che¬sa Champagna. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Room layout:
The spacious studio in the Chesa Champagna covers an area of around 50m2. In the large living room there are two wall beds that can be folded up during the day, a cosy sitting area and a dining table. The view from the living room and the balcony is unobstructable and extraordinarily beautiful. The kitchen is located in a separate room. The bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with modern comfort. The living room is covered with parquet flooring. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob with a steam extractor, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
