Chasa Perspectiva

STANZA PLAZZA GRONDA is a small but fine accommodation for 1-2 people right on the “Plazza Gronda” in Lavin. The beautifully renovated room has its own entrance and is equipped with a small kitchenette. There is a small refrigerator, oven and kettle.

It has its own small bathroom with shower and WC.

Free WiFi is also available.

Our house Chasa Perspectiva is located in the centre of Lavin, a small, welcoming mountain village in the rugged Lower Engadin. Within 1-3 minutes’ walk from the accommodation you will find the train station with bistro, the VOLG village shop with tourist information and post office, a hotel with a restaurant, the Giacometti bakery with a café, a small sports field/ice rink, an original children’s playground and various small businesses including our Bike Stop and guitar workshop.

The holiday apartments are all located in the large multi-family house in the village centre. Except for the Chasina, which is situated about 10 minutes’ walk away on the other side of the river.

All accommodations have dish towels. Towels must be brought along. Bed linen can be booked for an extra charge.

We are a non-smoking and pet-free accommodation.

Lavin is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, fishing or kayaking on the Inn. The dreamlike river section from Lavin-Scuol is one of Europe’s most popular kayak routes! The hiking trails and bike routes begin right outside the front door. For example, the newest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be reached directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is also ideal in winter. For instance, a beautiful cross-country skiing trail runs along the Inn, and with snowshoes you can be on idyllic forest paths within a few minutes. The nearest ski resort is in Scuol and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or train. The large ski resorts of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos can also be reached within 45-60 minutes. The famous Schellen-Ursli mountain village of Guarda can even be seen from the accommodation and can be reached on foot in about 45-60 minutes.
