Open space combining living and dining room: free WLAN/internet, WiFi, TV/DVD; sofa; table for 8, large Swedish wood stove. 2 bed rooms (one with double bed / the other with 3 single beds); additional loft bed for two as well as additional camp bed and baby bed if needed. WC/bathtub. Kitchen: modern equipment with ceramic stove top, marble tops, fridge, dishwasher. Heating: electric as well as wood. Separate laundry room, large terrace with great view, separate workshop/ski room (ground floor), parking for 2 cars (spring-fall).
Modern, generous and comfortable house near restaurants and sledge run down into the valley (summer road to the house by permit from owner/ winter by cable car and 10 minute walk). The house has two separate apartments, a 3 ½ room and a 1 ½ room one.

1 ½ room apartment (ground floor): 1 bedroom for 2 adults and possibly, 1-2 children (one double bed and additional single or double mattress. Rent for long weekends, by week or by month. Year round rent possible. Dining room with kitchenette, stove with two cooktops and microwave oven, shower/WC, washing machine and tumbler; LAN included. Additional large storage room as well as workshop to share. Garden perch with great view into the mountains.
