The house, where the owners live, is situated above the village of Neukirch and offers a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Constance. Romantic sunsets. The flat has two rooms, one double bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed. Spacious bathroom with shower and kitchen. Large covered outdoor area in the annex with fireplace, also suitable for smokers. Lawn with seating area. Car park for max. 2 cars and bicycles. Banks and shops, excellent restaurants, two bathing spots on the lake and several railway stations are just a few minutes' drive away. The nearby ferry takes you across the lake to Germany. Motorway access. An ideal place for an active holiday.
