Situated on the southern slope, at the quiet Quadrellas 57, this flat offers an oasis of peace away from through traffic and at the same time a sunny location with a direct view over the village to the majestic Bernina group. A bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC completes the offer. A spacious balcony with balcony furniture extends the living area to the outside, from where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Engadine mountains. The large triple-glazed windows provide warmth and tranquillity, while the individually adjustable underfloor heating, operated by a new brine-water heat pump heating system, ensures comfort in every season. In winter, explore the 350 kilometres of pistes in the nearby ski areas or the over 220 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails. The romantic winter hiking trails, the toboggan runs on Muottas Muragl and the varied cultural programme round off the winter experience.
