Welcome to our charming retreat, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Engadine. Our bright and cosy 2-room flat in a typical Engadine house in Samedan awaits you. Situated on the southern slope, at the quiet Quadrellas 57, this flat offers an oasis of peace away from through traffic and at the same time a sunny location with a direct view over the village to the majestic Bernina group. Look forward to an unforgettable stay, accompanied by the breathtaking beauty of the Engadine Alps. The flat, with a size of 47 m², scores with a modern interior design. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: ceramic hob, large fridge, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cosy bedroom has a double bed, while the living room is furnished with two foldaway beds, a comfortable corner seat at the dining table, a set of cushions, large satellite TV, telephone and WiFi. A bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC completes the offer. A spacious balcony with balcony furniture extends the living area to the outside, from where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Engadine mountains. The large triple-glazed windows provide warmth and tranquillity, while the individually adjustable underfloor heating, operated by a new brine-water heat pump heating system, ensures comfort in every season. The car park belonging to the flat makes your stay even easier. The surroundings of Samedan offer a wealth of activities and sights. In winter, explore the 350 kilometres of pistes in the nearby ski areas or the over 220 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails. The romantic winter hiking trails, the toboggan runs on Muottas Muragl and the varied cultural programme round off the winter experience. In summer, stroll along 580 kilometres of hiking trails or enjoy the mountain bike trails and the breathtaking Upper Engadin lakes. From golfing to windsurfing, the high valley of the Engadin reveals its treasures to every visitor.
