The apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It also includes three bedrooms.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of these bedrooms has a balcony. The smaller third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for children or adults. A cot is available, and the bedrooms are freshly made up by the landlady.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet (Closomat), and a shower. Hand and bath towels are provided.

Living room
The living room features a 3-seater sofa, two recliner chairs, a side table, and a TV with a DVD player. The living area has laminate flooring. The entrance area has carpeting.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop. An oven, kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher are also provided. Additionally, there is a radio and a Nespresso machine, though capsules are not included. A raclette oven and fondue set are available. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price. The dining area has a round table with six chairs. A high chair is available. The flooring is laminate.

Garden seating area
In the summer, the garden seating area with a wood grill can be used by arrangement with the landlord. It consists of a pavilion with a table and six chairs.

The detached two-family house is located in the upper, sunny part of Sedrun. The practical 4.5-room holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor, making it also suitable for people with disabilities. Smoking and pets are not allowed throughout the house.

The large entrance area with an outdoor seating spot serves as a cloakroom and storage space for various sports equipment, strollers, etc. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house free of charge.

The newly renovated public wellness and experience pool “Bogn Sedrun” will reopen in autumn 2024 and is located directly across from the holiday apartment. Also nearby are the popular children’s playground and the village museum “La Truaisch.”

The Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway (MGB) station, leading to the ski arena, the aerial cableway to the ski, hiking, and biking area “Cuolm da Vi” in Disentis, the charming Druni KidsArena ski area above Sedrun, the cross-country skiing trail, various shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the tourism office are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk.

The large house garden with a grill and pavilion can be used by arrangement with the landlord.
