For 4 adults, no pets Location and general information: The Chesa Spuondas is located above the old village center of Zuoz in a quiet, sunny location within a short walking distance to the ski area. During the winter season, a free local bus runs to the centre and the train station of Zuoz as well as to the Resgia cross-country ski centre, which stops right in front of the house. The apartment does not include a garage space or a reserved outdoor parking space. However, there are general visitor parking spaces available free of charge. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the apartment in the Chesa Spuondas. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The apartment on the 2nd floor was partially renovated in 2022 and consists of a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom (total renovation in spring 2026) with bathtub as well as a cozy living room with a south-facing balcony and a dining kitchen open to the living room. Facilities: The floors of the apartment have been partially renewed and are covered with easy-care parquet in the living and sleeping rooms. The apartment is mainly equipped with furniture made of pine wood. In the large kitchen there is a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. A TV with sunrise TV is available in the living room.
