The flat with a living area of approx. 75 m2 has a practical and functional interior. It has two bedrooms with two beds each, a spacious living room with dining area, a new open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as bathroom and separate WC. The south-west facing balcony offers a wonderful view of Andermatt and the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy your holiday with a fantastic view of Andermatt and the Ursern valley. Very sunny 3 1/2 room flat for 2-4 persons.
The flat is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, just above Andermatt in a sunny location with a large sunny balcony. Furthermore, washing and drying facilities are available in the house.

Approx. 5 minutes walk to the village centre, 10 minutes from the train station. Garage available. Sauna and ski room in the house, small fitness room in separate house.

Winter: Ideal starting point to the skiing areas Gemsstock, Andermatt - Sedrun - Disentis and to the cross-country skiing track. 3-4 minutes walk to the skiing area Nätschen/Oberalp/Sedrun, 4-5 minutes drive with the guest bus in winter (bus stop directly in front of the house) to the skiing area Gemsstock or to the cross-country skiing track.

Summer / Autumn: Hiking and biking paradise, golf course, fishing etc. or ride your racing bike or motorbike along the countless Alpine passes around Andermatt.  Andermatt is also an ideal holiday destination in summer and autumn - be it for families, couples, groups, etc.
Our holiday guests receive the guest card of the Andermatt holiday region for as little as one overnight stay. With the guest card, our guests benefit from various vouchers and reductions. In addition, guests with the free guest card can obtain the Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis PASS at an unbeatable price: 2-7 days adults CHF 20.00 / youths up to 12 years CHF 10.00. This includes the mountain railways in Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis as well as the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn between Realp and Disentis for leisure travel (excl. Glacier Express).
