The living space of 120m2 extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is the spacious entrance area (Cuort), the living room (Stüva), the modern kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and a cosy lounge with sofa and TV. There is also a lockable bike room with bike racks and sockets for electric bikes.
The holiday home is located in the quiet mountain village of Ftan near Scuol. Especially early in the morning, the village is bathed in sunlight and the dew glistens on the mountain meadows.
It is just as idyllic when you enter the Engadinerhaus. The scent of wood and Swiss stone pine linger in the air and radiate a cosy atmosphere. Pieces of furniture steeped in history combined with a modern kitchen make every stay something special. What could be nicer than putting your feet up after a hike and letting the evening fade away in comfort.
Experience a relaxing holiday in Ftan, away from the hustle and bustle and yet well connected with various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The friendly Engadine village is ideally situated for all kinds of summer sports activities such as hiking, biking or river rafting. The beautiful Lai da Padnal is about 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bike from Chasa Genuina and is not only a swimming pond, but also a wonderful place for barbecues. Also about 5 minutes away by bike is the Ftan Fionas valley station, from where you can ride or walk up to the Prui restaurant and enjoy the picturesque view. At the Motta Naluns valley station in Scuol at the Sport Heinrich, electric bikes and mountain bikes are rented every summer. Ftan is also the perfect starting point for river rafting enthusiasts who want to tame the wild rivers of the Engadin. Engadin Adventure has numerous rafting offers for young and old.
