The apartment is located in Ftan, just below the chairlift Ftan-Prui and not far from the village square. The cross-country skiing trail, the Kinderland and all shopping facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle and embed the village in the Alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The chairlift Ftan-Prui takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to get started in skiing. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan also provides pure snow fun for young and old.
The approximate 48m2 3-room first floor apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The cozy living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa invites you to stay. From the living room you can access the small but cozy terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs. On the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Just to the left of the owners' garage you will find an outdoor parking space. In the garage of the owners you can place your sports equipment, be it skis, sledges or in summer the bike.
