The modern vacation apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2016 and has a well-equipped kitchen with all comforts. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as outdoor parking. Heiden is the ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours in the Appenzellerland. Around the village there are various hiking routes and bike trails. In a few minutes by car you can be at Lake Constance, in St. Gallen or in the Alpstein. There are good and regular transport connections by bus and train.
