The modern 1.5 room apartment is located opposite the Heidsee. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right in front of the house and the nearest ski lift is only a 5-minute walk away. If you want to go to the village, it is best to take the free bus, the next stop of which is only 100 m from the house.
In summer, the water sports center and the unique sandy beach with the children's adventure area invite you to linger but also to an active summer holiday.
Living room
This apartment offers space for max. 4 adults as well as for families (max. 2 adults with 3 children) and is suitable for longer stays.
The bright apartment has a bright living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The sofa bed for children is in the bedroom. An extra bed in the living area offers sleeping space for an adult or a child. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. The gourmet restaurant La Riva is in the same building and is well-known far beyond the region for its very good cuisine.
The apartment is in the apartment complex "La Riva" (3 houses) with a first-class restaurant in the 1st house (Restaurant La Riva). There is an indoor swimming pool in the house (water temperature 22 degrees/open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Mondays and Fridays: closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. due to cleaning work). 2 saunas (Finnish sauna: approx. 80-90 degrees / infrared sauna: 60 degrees). The settlement has a fitness and ping-pong room. There is also a lift, solarium (for a fee), ski, ski boot and ski waxing room and a laundry room with coin-operated machines.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price. You can rent bed linen and towels from us. Cost: CHF 30 per person. The visitor's tax will be billed separately.
