The 3.5-room garden flat for 4 people is located in a small apartment building in a quiet residential area, yet very close to the centre. Lake Maggiore, restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The bus stop is 350 metres away and the Locarno-Muralto train station is a 10-minute bus ride away. The large garden with pergola and typical Ticino granite table is the centrepiece of the flat. The Mediterranean plants (camellias, hibiscus, figs, palm trees) provide pleasant shade in summer. The bright flat is furnished in a modern and friendly style. It has a large living room with corner sofa, dining table and TV. The eat-in kitchen with bar is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Flat facilities:

The approx. 85 m2 flat is located on the ground floor with a sunny south-facing balcony (12m2) and a large Mediterranean garden (approx. 87m2) with pergola and typical granite stone table. 800 metres from the flat on the lake promenade are restaurants, public beaches and playgrounds. Locarno is a 30-minute walk away. The flat is an ideal starting point for exploring the Locarnese and the nearby valleys (e.g. Valle Verzasca, Valle Maggia, Centovalli, Valle Onsernone). The cultural and gastronomic offerings are varied, traditional and modern. The sporting opportunities are almost unlimited, whether it's a leisurely bike tour or an alpine hike, everyone in the family will get their money's worth. In the warmer months, Lake Maggiore is ideal for all kinds of water sports and, of course, for simply lingering, because the "Dolce Far Niente" should not be missed. We are happy to share our favourite places, excursion destinations and restaurants with our guests.
