The large garden with pergola and typical Ticino granite table is the centrepiece of the flat. The Mediterranean plants (camellias, hibiscus, figs, palm trees) provide pleasant shade in summer. The bright flat is furnished in a modern and friendly style. It has a large living room with corner sofa, dining table and TV. Locarno is a 30-minute walk away. The flat is an ideal starting point for exploring the Locarnese and the nearby valleys (e.g. Valle Verzasca, Valle Maggia, Centovalli, Valle Onsernone). The cultural and gastronomic offerings are varied, traditional and modern. The sporting opportunities are almost unlimited, whether it's a leisurely bike tour or an alpine hike, everyone in the family will get their money's worth. In the warmer months, Lake Maggiore is ideal for all kinds of water sports and, of course, for simply lingering, because the "Dolce Far Niente" should not be missed.
