Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms; one spacious bedroom with a large double bed (16m²), one spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (17m²), and 1 bedroom with a single bed, a cot, and a practical office work area (13m²). All bedrooms feature wardrobes or dressers. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features a pellet stove (closed stove with a window, thermostat-controlled; wood pellets are provided), a dining table (high chair for toddlers available), a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa, a leather armchair, and a club table. The entire living area is characterized by 4 large double glass doors, allowing plenty of natural light. This also provides direct access to the terrace. Entertainment includes free Wi-Fi throughout the house, a flatscreen TV, internet radio, and a cabinet with board games.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, an oven with steamer function, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms; one bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and 2 washbasins. The other bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Interior:
The house is modernly furnished and was newly built in 2005. The bright interior (white walls, varnished ceiling, light laminate flooring) and large panoramic windows ensure plenty of natural light. To keep the house modern, continuous updates are made.

Other spaces:
The house features a terrace with a garden, accessible from outside or directly from the living room. The terrace includes a garden table with chairs.

The Casa Sutgera (built in 2005) is a detached, well-maintained 4½-room chalet at 1,350 meters above sea level, located in a very sunny spot with stunning mountain views. It is situated quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac and is comfortably furnished in a modern style. Shopping facilities (Volg) are about a 5-minute walk away.

Bicycles/e-bikes can be charged and locked in the entrance hall.

The house has 4 parking spaces, one of which is in a covered carport with a charging station (11kW Type 2).
