The chalet, furnished in a cozy style, features a living room, a bedroom with two single beds (push-together, 12 m2) and a room with a bunk bed (8 m2). It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower/WC (Klosomat) and an infrared cabin (outdoor hut).
Heating and hot water for your unforgettable stay are provided by solar panels. The house is accessible year-round (in winter, 4x4 may be required). Parking is available at the house. A lovely garden seating area with sun loungers and an outdoor grill completes the setting.
Please note: When rented for 1–2 people, the room with the bunk beds is not available.
Located in a prime, unobstructed position on a sunny terrace, just a 2-minute walk below the village, the chalet invites you to relax. The house stands alone, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the Grisons mountain landscape. It is particularly suitable for those seeking peace and quiet as well as families. A grocery store (Volg), restaurant and ATM are available on-site.
Winter sports opportunities: A family-friendly ski area at affordable prices and cross-country skiing trails. The house’s own hiking and snowshoe guides offer a 10% discount (rental equipment available for an additional fee).
With the guest card Pany-St. Antönien-Card, all guests staying in the municipality of Luzein enjoy free public transport within Luzein and additional discounts.
Well-maintained hiking trails invite you to leisurely walks, hikes or Nordic walking. Snowshoeing or ski touring allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature and tranquility.
Summer sports opportunities: A picturesque outdoor pool is a 20-minute walk away. A vast network of hiking trails is at your disposal. Numerous mountain bike tours are possible directly from the house.
