The newly created in 2007, very beautiful and bright architect's house I Palatio is located in a quiet, sunny spot in the old, picturesque village part of Scuol-suot. Both the west balcony and the west windows offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Scuol church tower and the rocky Engadine mountains. With great attention to detail, the 5 1/2-room house has been equipped with Arven wood parquet and wall claddings as well as Arven wood built-in wardrobes. At your disposal are 2 double bedrooms with 1.80m wide double beds and 2 small single rooms with 0.90m wide beds, as well as 2 beautiful sanitary facilities (1x with shower, 1x with shower and separate bathtub in the bedroom). Integrated into the large living room is the dining area with a long Arven wood dining table (2.40m) with cozy benches and the modern and well-equipped kitchen. It features, among other things, a dishwasher, induction hob and a Nespresso machine (please bring capsules). The somewhat steeper staircases in the house should be noted, which are less suitable for small children. You can reach the village center with Stradun and a large supermarket in about 300m. Just a few steps from the house is the stop of the local + ski bus. Parking spaces are available on the property right in front of the house.
