Situated directly beside the lift for the children and the ski-lifts of Oberurmein (with restaurant "Skihütte", little shopping possibility and sports outfitters/ski rental for winter). - 15 minutes by foot to the little lake "Patrutgsee" with a fireplace, bathing facilities, a pond for children, little pub (all season open) and a ice field in the wintertime. Planty of farm shops in the villages around Oberurmein.
- 15 minutes by car to Thusis with shopping centre, speciality shop, cinema, open air bath (in summertime), train and bus.
