The studio consists of living room (24m2) with double bed (140x200), with shower and wall WC, fitted kitchen and bar counter for 2 persons, refrigerator, electric 2-plate cooker, oven and coffee machine (Delizio). Small tiled stove for romantic winter evenings, terrace and garden with outdoor fireplace. A cosy seating area is located directly down by the Wissbach. Next to the house there is a seating area with a fireplace for cool evenings. Car park available. Washing machine/tumbler. Table tennis table.
