Chalet Gletscher

Our chalet offers space for 6 - 8 people on 3 floors. The view from all rooms of the mountains and glaciers of the Lötschental and the Rhone Valley is spectacular.The chalet is perfect for summer and winter holidays, it is located in the middle of the skiing and hiking area at an altitude of approx. 1950 metres. In winter it can only be reached by cable car (4 min. walk), luggage transport is possible. The Lötschental is easily accessible by train and post bus. Car park in the valley in winter, directly at the house in summer.The ski area up to 3111 metres offers one of the best snow covers in the Valais region - ideal for all skiers, especially advanced and professional skiers.Depending on the season, a sports shop, two restaurants and a kiosk are open in the mountain station building. There is a grocery shop in the building at the bottom station of the cable car.Other sports and leisure facilities: Winter: The house is in the centre of the ski area. Also: ski tours, winter hiking, snowshoeing, sledgingSummer: hiking, mountain tours, biking, monster scooter, fishing (patent required), rays, etc.The Lötschental app or the interactive tour planner offer a good source of information on all activities.Other living room equipment (living room 1): Living room with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, with direct access to the terrace. To use the road to the alp, a driving licence from the municipality is required. In winter, access is only possible by cable car.
