The cozy 3-room apartment is located on the top floor under the roof.
The bright and airy living room extends up to the gable. The furnishings are practical and yet individually selected. Three casement windows lead to the balcony, which is also sunny in the winter from midday onwards. Comfortable "spaghetti chairs" and a round table make it possible to dine outside and enjoy the sun and the magnificent view of the Piz Ela.
The apartment is equipped with a television with satellite programs. In the hallway there is a video library, maps and books, as well as a wardrobe with a shoe rack. Wi-Fi is available.
The parents' bedroom with a double bed is facing east and is very quiet. A cozier smaller (children's) room with two single beds and a skylight completes the apartment.
In the basement there is a sports room to store hiking boots, skis and sleds, etc. House Description
The house Albula A is located in a beautiful and quiet location on a sun terrace above the village of Bergün, far away from the valley traffic.
Right behind the house, nature begins and the meadow extends up to the edge of the forest. Next door is the romantic swimming pool, which provides popular cooling in the summer.
The UNESCO route of the RhB is nearby and offers photogenic observation opportunities.
Access to the house is on foot via the stairs next to the parking lot or as an access road via the narrow road around the swimming pool. There is a turning area for unloading luggage.
